Auto Stream helps to stream social interactions from your Facebook page or Instagram business profile. Once finished, any new comments or reactions happening on your page will automatically export to your selected Google Sheet in a matter of seconds.
Here’s a quick guide to help you get started:
1. Install Sudota Google Sheet extension
2. Open the add-on, you will see the new auto stream section
3. Login to your Facebook account and grant the necessary permission to the application.
4. You can now choose the page that you want to stream interaction data from.
5. Next you can select what you want to stream. The add-on currently supports two types of interactions: comment or reaction (including like)
6. For each of the data stream, you can also specify when new data should get parsed to the Google Sheet.
| ||
7. Next, you can also specify what extra information you need (e.g. name of user who left a comment, any photo or video attached etc.) and arrange the column:
8. Finally you can also specify the time to your local timezone so it’s easier to read. You also need to specify the first cell of the table. This comes in handy when you already have information in an existing tab and want to append new data at the bottom.
Once you are done with the configuration, hit Finish and you should see the following prompt. Then you can sit back and new comments/reactions will be parsed to the Sheet whenever they meet the conditions you set earlier.
Should you need to pause, cancel or reactive stream, you can do so by opening Manage data streams in the add-ons menu: |
